The Freshman banquet is January 9, 2013 at 6PM in the cafeteria at North Torrance High School. Tickets are $10 and money is due by January 4, 2013. The money can be given to Coach Mishler in room X18 or contact Lori at email@example.com to arrange dropping it off at her home.
JV & Varsity banquet is January 22, 2013 at 6PM at the Doubletree Hotel located at 21333 Hawthorne Boulevard Torrance, CA 90503. Tickets are $25 and money is due by January 11, 2013. Senior players are free drop off arrangements can be made with Lori and same as above drop off or given to Coach Mishler in room X18.
Football team clearance day will be Friday August 3 at 10AM. This day will be clearance, conditioning test and gear distribution. Monday starts double days in pads and no one can participate without being cleared under CIF rules. So when we say forms, physical and transportation fees are due August 3 there is no extension.

Summer football money is due to the North High Office Attn Mr Ormsby. Paperwork is on the school and football website. This is for summer football practice. Summer football starts Monday June 18 JV & Varsity times will be Mon, Tues, Thurs & Friday from 3-6PM. Please remember everything is much earlier this year we are waiting for a clearance date in July so please have paperwork and physicals ready. Double days start Monday August 6 and first lower level game is Thurs Aug 23 and first Varsity game is Friday August 24.
Also if your son needs summer school I strongly suggest you sign up now classes are almost full.
Fundraiser football game at West High please bring your family and friends and lets show our support for the two brothers who just lost their mom to cancer. Gates open at 5:30 game starts at 6PM.
All community card money, $250 total, is due and you get $200 credit for fundraising and a Saxon Pack (2 shorts/2 shirts) for summer football practice.
All the above comes with a free Saxon cup. This merchandise is at Lori's home, so let her know if you are interested. On Tuesday June 5 it all goes back to regular price.
On Monday, 05/14/2012, at practice each player will be receiving 25 community cards that are to be sold for $10 each. When your son sells and turns in the first 5/$50 he will get his Saxon Pack of practice clothes for free. Wednesday, June 6, is the deadline for all 25 cards and $250 to be turned in. Your son gets full credit for cards so he should have $200 (since $50 goes towards their Saxon Pack credit) towards his $700 goal by June 6.
Remember that all ads that you and your son sells, your son gets 100% of the cost of the ad towards his fundraising goal of $700. Our first home Varsity game is August 24, 2012 so in order to have everything ready all ads are due by August 1, 2012. Please remember a lot of companies require months to get an ad and paperwork completed, so the sooner you start the better. Please let Lori know if you have any questions.
Our beef jerky fundraiser will be starting a little bit later. The company we use has there's on back order with no ship date. So we are using another company and not sure when it will be here we are hoping the next two weeks. Also other fundraisers this year will be community cards, ads for our program, Tupperware, cookie dough and letters to families and friends. Lori has had numerous parents asking for the forms for ads since everyone knows some companies take a long time and have to go through a lot of hoops to do an ad. Those forms should be ready next week or so. Lori will send out an email when we have them.
Just a reminder if you have a Ralphs card please sign up please go to www.ralphs.com go to the bottom of the page to services click on community contribution and register your card under enroll and then click on North high Football. We will get a % every quarter.
Double days or Hell week will begin on August 6 thru Aug 17 and the freshman/JV will play their first game Thursday August 23. Varsity plays Friday August 24.
Summer football and any other sport they will be playing in begins June 18 it is $100 for the 1st sport and $90 for any additional sports for summer. This money is due no later then June 15 to the office at North High ATTN: Brian Ormsby our athletic director. The clearance packet will need to filled that out and our clearance date will be in July date TBA.
3rd Quarter grades went in yesterday so please check parent connect so you know where your son is at. If they need to take summer school the info is on North High's website some classes are starting to fill up so please get them signed up ASAP.
Tomorrow, 04/21/12 is the Spring Boutique at North. Please bring your families out to enjoy the day from 10 till 3 There will be lots of vendors with homemade items, food, entertainment and games! Please help get the word out!
